We are working with DOT on the planning of Traffic Calming, Phase II. No schedule is available at this point in the process. Safe Routes to School is further along in the planning phase and hopefully we will be cleared to proceed with construction in 2012.
The engineering of the Charcoal Road bridge is nearing completion but any construction plans will hinge on state money being made available. Dublin is on the waiting list for these funds (note: the Highway department is not involved at this point).
Chief Letourneau and others are actively involved in the search and selection process to fill our current opening for a police officer.
The Selectmen, Department Heads and our Budget Committee are all hard at work establishing a financial plan for 2012.
