Congratulations the following college graduates who are the next generation of Dubliners to move out into the world:
Lily Featherston is graduating from Rhode Island School of Design on June 2 with a major in Animation. Her plans after graduation include traveling and looking for a job!
Brendan Gallagher is graduating on May 20 fromColbyCollege inWaterville, Maine, with a Psychology major and Business Administration minor. For all four years at Colby, he was a varsity baseball player in 2012 he was captain of the team. At Colby he was a volunteer with Colby Cares about Kids and held an Internship at TOCmedia. He has worked at the Dublin Community Playground, Lawrence Academy Summer Program, and ConVal Sandlot Baseball.
Matthew Jorma Levene will be graduating fromBostonUniversity on May 20 with a major in Environmental Analysis & Policy and a minor in Business Administration & Management. Matt will be employed with a tech startup inSan Francisco after graduation.
Katie Murphy is graduating on May 19 from theUniversity ofNew Hampshire with a major in Environmental Conservation Studies & a minor in Spanish. Katie will be recognized as a University Scholar on May 18 at an Honors Convocation. She is also a member of the Xi Sigma Phi Forestry Honors Society.
Shauna Korpi is graduating in May from the University of Vermont’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science. After graduation, Shauna is planning to work in one ofBoston’s hospitals as a medical lab technologist. Shauna was a member of the ConVal class of 2008.
Paige Simpson will graduate in May from Keene State College, magna cum laude, with a BA in Fine Art. Four of her works of art are in the Emerging Art show ending May at the Thorne-SagendorphArtGallery, where Paige had worked her senior year after receiving the Thorne-Sagendorph fellowship.
