Brought to you by the Friends of the Dublin Public Library.

On Saturday, March 10th at 10 am, Ben Slavin will share pictures and stories at the Library from his trip to South America in October 2009, when he rode his motorcycle from New Hampshire to Ushuaia, Argentina, the southernmost city in the world.

Ben has made several trips South, and has made a film about riding in Mexico called “Motorcycle Mexico.” He is working on another movie with a fellow motorcyclist from Colombia, which he is calling “New World Ride.”

Slavin has a DVD for sale with all the information anyone would want for planning a trip in these foreign places. His website (www.afewmoremiles.com) is very entertaining and generous with information — and, if you are so inspired, you can sign up to be one of six riders going on the next trip (www.thenewworldride.com).

Please come! Bring your hog!
