Dublin Selectmen have appointed Sturdy Thomas to complete the term of the recent vacancy left by Curt Merrick’s resignation. Thomas, who was the Operations Captain for the Keene Police Department, retired from that position in Keene last May to devote himself to his family and excavation business, Good Digs LLC.
Thomas started his career in law enforcement in Dublin in 1982 and has lived in town since 1980. He lives on Craig Road with his wife, Heidi, and two daughters.
