The Citizen of the Year Award was presented to Jerry Branch at the Dublin Town Meeting on March 17, 2012, in recognition of his contribution in developing Dublin Rotary Park. Jerry conceived the idea for a public park in Dublin three years ago and began building support of local residents and town officials under the umbrella of the Monadnock Rotary Club to develop the 40-acre town-owned tract on Howe Reservoir as a park.
