Other people with ties to Dublin have recently passed away.
Patricia Anderson, a resident of RiverMead, will be remembered for her welcoming spirit. Patricia was interviewed in the December 2010 issue of the Dublin Advocate on p. 6.
Doris Babneau, who died in February in Alstead, was a long-time member of this community and raised her large family here. Dot was buried in Dublin May 12, in a heart-warming graveside ceremony that was well attended by friends and family. Many memories were shared, and a rendition of ‘Turkey in the Straw’ was played on a fiddle in full sunshine.
Harvey Schwartz, of Harrisville, who had many friends in town, was known for many accomplishments, the most local being his strategic opposition to the Route 101 bypass.
