The Dublin Community Church on Main Street in the center of town will celebrate Easter with a sunrise service at 7 am on April 8. The service will be outside in front of the church, weather permitting. Immediately afterward, the Stewards will serve hot cross buns, coffee, and juice in the Vestry.

The regular Easter service will begin at 10 am, featuring Easter music from the choir, including our traditional “Hallelujah Chorus” sing-along. All are welcome to join in this joyful celebration.

There will also be a Tenebrae service on Thursday, April 5, at 7 pm in the Vestry. This traditional part of Easter week takes place by candlelight and includes hymns and readings from the Gospel. Participants share bread and wine or grape juice, then depart in silence and darkness. It is usually over by 7:30.

As always, all are welcome.

The Lenten Lunches have been a high point of the weeks in March. You still have one more chance to join the camaraderie and sample delicious soups on Wed., April 4 from 12-1 at the Dublin Community Church. Open to all. Donations go to local food banks.
